Thank you very much for visiting our clinic’s website. During my residency, I joined the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Kyoto University School of Medicine, where I trained extensively in acute care medicine within various affiliated facilities. After obtaining my specialty in orthopedic surgery, I developed a keen interest in shoulder joint surgery, particularly after undergoing surgery myself. I pursued further studies, including domestic training at Funabashi Orthopedic Surgery and international training at Thomas Jefferson University in the United States, to enhance my academic knowledge and technical skills. The opportunity to interact with both domestic and international doctors has been a valuable asset to me. Since the 2010s, I have specialized in shoulder and elbow joint surgery and sports orthopedic surgery, and I have been fortunate to treat many top athletes.

To contribute the knowledge and skills I have acquired to our local patients, I will open the Kyoto Orthopedic Shoulder Sports Clinic (commonly known as Kyoto Kata-Supo) in Minami Ward, Kyoto City, on March 2, 2025.
