Payment and Documentation Policy

Patients who are not covered by Japanese public health insurance are requested to pay all applicable fees by credit card at the time of their consultation. Please note that fees for consultations, examinations, procedures, prescribed medications, certificates, reports, and other medical services are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed and the patient has left the clinic. If you require an itemized statement, receipt, medical certificate, diagnostic imaging report, or any other related document, please make your request during the consultation or before completing payment. For privacy and administrative reasons, these documents cannot be sent by email. All patients will be asked to review and sign the clinic’s consent and agreement form at the time of consultation.

Direct Billing

Please note that our clinic does not provide direct billing for the insurance companies listed below. Patients insured by any of these companies are kindly asked to pay the full amount at the clinic reception desk and, where applicable, seek reimbursement directly from their insurance provider.

Payment at the clinic reception desk is accepted by credit card only.
After returning to your home country or otherwise leaving Japan, the clinic may be unable to process refund requests, respond to inquiries from insurance companies, or issue, reissue, send, or email medical certificates, diagnostic reports, imaging findings, receipts, itemized statements, or other related documents. If you require a medical certificate, diagnostic imaging report, or any other documentation, please make your request before completing payment at the end of your consultation.
