Promotion and Maintenance Fee for Advancing Medical Digital Transformation

Our clinic aims to provide high-quality medical care through medical digital transformation (DX). We have established a system for online qualification verification using the My Number Card. With the consent of our patients, this system allows us to obtain medication information, specific health checkup data, and other necessary information for providing medical care.
We are also planning to introduce systems for issuing electronic prescriptions and utilizing shared electronic medical record services in the near future.

• We are a designated medical institution under the Public Assistance Act.

About Appointment Management Fees

Starting from May 1, 2025, our clinic will begin charging appointment management fees for outpatient consultations.

Sunday Fee:
・Initial consultation for each patient: ¥2,200 (tax included)

In accordance with the “Costs Related to Consultations Based on Appointments (Designated Medical Service Fee for Appointment)” as defined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the above fees will be collected separately from consultation fees for appointments where the consultation begins within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. The collected fees will be allocated to cover the costs of operating the appointment management system and donated to the Kyoto University iPS Cell Research Foundation (https://www.cira-foundation.or.jp/e/). We appreciate your cooperation.

About the Statement Issuance System

At our clinic, in the interest of promoting transparency in medical care and providing information to patients, we issue detailed statements free of charge that specify individual medical fee selection items when issuing receipts.
Additionally, even for recipients of public medical expense assistance who have no personal out-of-pocket costs for medical fees, we provide detailed statements free of charge.
